Interface

Objective

Persuade two very different visitors, executives choosing a search partner and senior candidates, without diluting either message.

Challenge

elevarae places leaders for companies across the USA, Europe, India, the Philippines and Mexico. Hiring leaders want method and proof; candidates want opportunity and trust. One site had to serve both from the very first screen.

Approach

The journey splits in the hero: “Build your team with us” and “Build your career through us”. Employers get services, an evidence-based methodology and client testimonials; candidates get the talent network and open roles.

Design

A dark hero inspired by data, with a particle globe, fine light trails and a single teal accent, followed by calm, readable sections that alternate light and dark.

Technology

Built with Astro as a static site, for speed and resilience.
